Once goods have been purchased on the Kosher Cuisine website we will confirm the order through e-mail or a message of confirmation with an order number. After receiving the confirmation the purchase contract has been made therefore the goods will be sent out according to the terms and conditions provided.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Please be advised that we make conscious efforts to keep are prices updated but the odd few do slip. We are constantly changing our prices due to the economy where prices are fluctuating all the time. If an order is made in areas which come under the Congestion Charge an extra £8 is payable. Please contact us if you live outside of North London as we will be able to give you advice on delivery options.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Kosher Cuisine accepts payment from all major credit cards including American Express. Credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise risk of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. Payment will not go through until goods are received. Payment may also be made through cash on delivery.
DELIVERY
Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 Bissli which would use up all that the store’s stock, the store may only deliver 5 packets. In the event of non-availability of any goods you order, we may contact you and let you know of an alternative.
We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. If you are not satisfied with the quality you have received, we will arrange a time for collection (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition). You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received.
Kosher Cuisine makes an effort for your goods to reach you in the allocated time slots. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. An appropriate person must sign for all goods on delivery. In the event that no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by us. We will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to attempt to rearrange the delivery. Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will make sure to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
Should you fail to be present for your delivery, we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the cost of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.
We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will promptly and fully refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction. We will arrange with you for the goods to be returned to us.
We understand the importance of security and have spent a lot of effort to ensure that your experience is safe and enjoyable.
Kosher Cuisine respects and protects your privacy. The personal information that you disclose is handled with security under the Data Protection Act 1998. The information is not transferred to any third party. The information collected is used to process your order and ensure its delivered to you, e,g, name, address, telephone number, credit/debit and e-mail address. Any information held is always according to the law and is secured. In the event that we may send out a marketing e-mail we will give you the opportunity to refuse it or any other e-mail that may be sent out. Any further information needed from yourself will be asked. If you uncertain about leaving any details with us we are able to show you what we have and you can update it e.g if you have moved house.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
